I over heard the phrase, "Oh wow I have dreams at night too" in a sincere tone at a bar last night. It's going to be good year for ignorant idiocy. There are many things to be surprised that you have in common with someone else. Perhaps you collect segments of string from different time periods, or you have a life size Bat cave made entirely of Lego maybe you shave cats to look like lions and train them to reenact Disney's The Lion King. Having dreams while you sleep is not.
